The company was formed in early 2009 by a group of people who possess knowledge and experience in different spheres of industries like Oil & Gas, Information Technology and Construction.

The main objective of forming the company is to gather people with different skills and experience under one roof and harness their knowledge to provide an unique and superior service and support to industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Power Generation and Information Technology.
